Bio: Amy Noelle Parks is a professor of education at Michigan State University. When she’s not using One Direction lyrics as writing prompts, she’s helping future teachers recover from the trauma inflicted on them by years of school mathematics. She lives in Michigan with her husband and two daughters. Her books include the young adult novels Lia and Beckett’s Abracadabra and The Quantum Weirdness of the Almost-Kiss and the middle grade novel Summer of Brave.
